Background: Low back pain is one of the most common problems among people in the society Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of core stability exercises and DNS exercises on muscle endurance and static and dynamic balance of patients with non-specific chronic low back pain. Methods: A total of 45 patients with non-specific chronic low back pain participated in this study in three groups including core stability exercises, DNS exercises and control group. Muscle endurance static balance and dynamic balance evaluated with the McGill muscular endurance test, Stork test and Y tests, respectively. After evaluating the variables, the subjects of the exercise groups performed the exercises for 6 weeks, and the control group also performed their exercises during this period. The normality of the data distribution was determined by the Shapiro-Wilk test, and the difference between groups was evaluated by the analysis of covariance statistical test. Results: The results of the study showed a significant effect of core stability exercises and DNS on flexion muscle endurance, extension muscle endurance, right side muscle endurance, left side muscle endurance and central muscle endurance (p≥0.05). The same results showed that core stability and DNS exercises have a significant effect on static balance, anterior dynamic balance, postrolateral dynamic balance, postromedial dynamic balance, and total dynamic balance (p≥0.05). In addition to evaluating the differences between groups, it showed that there is a significant difference between the effect of core stability exercises and the control group, between the effect of DNS exercises and the control group, and between the effect of core stability exercises and DNS exercises. Conclusion: According to the results of the study, the use of core stability exercises and DNS is recommended for patients with non-specific chronic back pain.
