Subjects for 8 weeks, three times a week program performed. Electro-goniometer was used to measure the knee Proprioception. To analyze data, independent t-test was used for evaluating results of between groups, and a Paired t test was used to check results from within groups. Results of this study showed that, Comparison within groups, knee Proprioception (p = 0.0001) was a significant difference in the group Aerobic.
