Papulonecrotic tuberculid (PNT) is a relatively rare subtype of cutaneous tuberculosis believed to represent a hypersensitivity reaction to tuberculosis antigens. Yet, the simultaneous occurrence of PNT and Erythema Induratum (EI) is even more uncommon.
