Introduction: The early diagnosis of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is important for disease treatment and control. Chest CT has a high sensitivity for the diagnosis of COVID-19, and it is considered an important tool for COVID-19 detection in epidemics. Conclusions: The CT scan plays an important role in the early detection of COVID-19, but imaging manifestations of viral pneumonia have similar CT findings. This reminds us to avoid overdiagnosis during clinical procedures.
