Unusual Anastomotic Failure in Patients with COVID-19: A Case Report of 2 Patients

Introduction: A newly appeared challenge for the healthcare system is the variety of clinical symptoms of COVID-19. In this research, we report 2 cases admitted to Modarres Hospital with unusual postoperative anastomotic failure. Conclusions: These cases were unique in that intestinal microangiopathies can cause very severe problems, weaken the body, and eventually death, as we have seen in these 2 cases.
