Circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy sets with Dombi power aggregation operators: Application to renewable natural gas

Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) is a procedure or form of biogas formed from organic materials such as sewage, food waste, or agricultural residues. The key goal of this script is to create the classical technique of circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy model with two parameters “ ” and “ ”, where the model of q-rung orthopair, Pythagorean, and intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (FSs) are the special cases of the proposed theory. Further, we also design the Algebraic and Dombi operational laws based on circular pq-quasirung orthopair FSs. In addition, we scrutinize the power operators based on Dombi operational laws for circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy values, called the circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy Dombi power averaging, circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy Dombi power weighted averaging, circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy Dombi power geometric, and circular pq-quasirung orthopair fuzzy Dombi power weighted geometric operators with three basic properties. Furthermore, we identify the evaluation based on the distance from the average solution information for the designed techniques. Additionally, we develop the decision-making procedure for addressing the problem of RNG in the presence of the designed operators based on the designed models. Lastly, we compare the ranking data of the designed and existing models to show the supremacy and validity of the intended approaches.
