چکیده

Methylxanthine-derived theophylline is a well-known bronchodilator medication with additional anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties theophylline is mixed with thiourea and aldehydes in ethanol to form the new compounds, which are subsequently synthesized by 4-bromophencylbromide closing the ring. Utilizing thin-layer chromatography, to assess the products' purity by TLC. Melting point measurements, FT-IR spectroscopy, H-NMR, C13-NMR, for final compounds, have all been used to characterize and confirm the chemical composition of intermediate and terminal compounds.
