All of these aspects help students to prepare for real-life work environments.The SPICES model is a framework for medical education, and it is an acronym for six key characteristics, including Student-centered, Problem-based, Integrated or Inter-professional, Community-based, Elective, and Systematic or planned that should be considered in the development and evaluation of medical education programs.
