چکیده

A domino, one-pot, multi-component synthesis of various pyrazole derivatives was successfully achieved using a newly designed ZSM/Histidine catalyst. This efficient catalytic system afforded 4,4′-((aryl)methylene)-bis(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-ol) derivatives in high yields under solvent-free conditions. The methodology involves the straightforward condensation of phenylhydrazine and ethyl acetoacetate with the corresponding aromatic aldehydes (Scheme 1). Investigation of the catalytic performance of this novel hybrid material revealed several significant advantages, including short reaction times, operational simplicity, easy product isolation, and convenient catalyst recovery. Moreover, the catalyst could be reused multiple times without significant loss of activity, demonstrating its excellent stability and practical applicability. Overall, this protocol provides an efficient, green, and sustainable approach for the synthesis of biologically relevant pyrazole derivatives.
