A Case Report of Foreign Body Ingestion

Foreign body ingestion can be deliberate or accidental and mostly defecated with no complication in gastrointestinal tract. Some of them can injury the gastrointestinal tract. Patient is a 30 years old man known case of psychologic disorder that was referred with abdominal pain without other symptoms in gastrointestinal tract 3 days after ingestion of a lot of nails and screw nails. After first evaluations surgery was done and all of foreign bodies removed.
