Background and Objectives: One of the issues that the Red Crescent Society will always face is the crisis. A crisis is an unusual situation during which unforeseen problems arise. So, the purpose of this research was to establish a scientific framework and develop a model for the application of emerging technologies within the Red Crescent population of the Islamic Republic of Iran.      Methods: This research employed a scientometric approach. The study population consists of all indexed information records related to the application of new technologies within the Red Cross and Red Crescent, as found in the Web of Science and Scopus databases up to July 2024. The data was imported into UCINET software to generate a map illustrating the clusters, connections, and co-occurrence of terms.     Results: Current research reveals that various technologies can be utilized in the activities of the Red Crescent community, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, augmented reality, virtual reality, and social media, among others. Disasters, both natural and man-made, devastate the lives of millions of people worldwide, presenting a grim picture of death, destruction, and suffering. While it is not always possible to prevent disasters, their impact can be mitigated through effective disaster management tools.    Conclusion: It is essential to emphasize that the primary objective of utilizing the latest information and communication technologies within the Red Crescent Society is to improve the control and coordination of rescue operations, as well as to prevent accidents within the organization. A critical aspect of this initiative is ensuring that reliable and accurate information is disseminated to the public through these technologies, enabling timely and informed management and executive decisions.
