Introduction: In the present study, the chemistry of drugs and nanoparticles used in drugs used in cancer patients has been studied, focusing on nursing and care tips. Nanoparticles as a drug release system, control of particle size, surface properties and specific and efficient drug release in a specific location and time period for maximum drug effectiveness. Methodology: To conduct this study, information collected by reviewing existing 40 articles by searching between 20010-2024 for keywords related to the study objective in the PubMed database.Finding: Most nanostructure-based delivery systems are approved for cancers that are caused by dysregulation or disruption of signaling pathways. The established role of Nano-carriers has led researchers to exploit different Nano-carriers in delivering various drugs to tumor cells. Among the different types of Nano-carrier systems, lipid, polymer, and albumin-based Nano-formulations have been widely studied for encapsulation and delivery of existing and novel chemotherapeutic drugs. Nanoparticles used for drug release must have biocompatibility, pharmacocompatibility, and biodegradability properties. Conclusion: The results showed high drug entry into the cell at low concentrations and times. On the other hand, the toxicity of this highly branched system using the MTT cytotoxicity test showed that this nanosystem is more effective in killing MCF7, Hela, and Caov-4 cancer cells than normal HBL-100 cells. Also, when placed in a magnetic field, the toxicity of the nanodrug on cancer cells increases by 10 to 20 percent. This has made it possible to treat cancer tissues at low drug concentrations, while the toxicity of the drug on some cell lines at a concentration of 5 μg/ml and a concentration of 200 μg/ml have similar effects.
