چکیده

In this paper‎, ‎we determine the simple groups $G=AB$‎, ‎where $B$ is isomorphic to $L_{3}(4)$ and $A$ isomorphic to an alternating or a symmetric group on $n\geq5$‎, ‎letters‎.
