Finding roots and how to make some of the less common words in The Holy Quran, is a concern that throughout the history of Islam, have been preoccupied many language scholars and linguists. This subject made to be produced several recommendations in this regard, Like: Theory terminology involved or Theory Composed Qur'an of a mixture of Arabic and Aramaic Language. It seems that one of the reasons to be uncertainty about the root of these words and exist different theories, is a absence of reliable and systematic method for searching and studying languages. For this reason, in this paper attempts to answer the historical question in the field of linguistics, and introduction a method for searching Quranic root words, by using pattern language genealogy research to search for the origins of the word "Qur'an" as one of the most used words and yet ambiguous of this book. and thereby, explain the necessity of choosing etymology approach in analyzing the components of the lexical words of the Qur'an. What makes the ambiguity in modern literature of the word "Qur'an", has failure analysis of roots “Qaraa”. Researchers in this field, solely by reference to result of recent linguistic research, survey the conceptual and lexical aspects of this word and makes different opinion regarding to this word. In this study, by referring to dictionaries of other Asian and African languages Such as: Sami, Hebrew, Aramaic, Ethiopian, Syriac and Akkadian, explaining the applications and construction of this root.
