چکیده

This review provides a comprehensive overview of [1,2,4]triazolopyridine synthesis methods, categorizing them based on the employed reagents. The classification by reagent types proves effective in presenting the diverse synthesis approaches. [1,2,4]Triazolopyridines are an important group of heterocyclic compounds that exhibit significant biological and pharmaceutical activities, including herbicidal and antifungal effects, anticonvulsant properties, and anxiolytic potential. Despite numerous reported synthesis methods in the literature, many involve stringent conditions or multistep processes, highlighting the ongoing need for innovative research approaches in the future.
