چکیده

This work reports the synthesis of pyrido[2,3-d:5,6-d']dipyrimidines using KCC-1 filamentous silica nanoparticles. Pyridopyrimidine compounds are noted for their diverse chemical properties, including antibacterial, antioxidant, and anticancer activities, making them valuable for various industrial applications such as pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and materials science. The synthesis was performed under solvent-free conditions, yielding acceptable results. The nanocatalyst was produced in three steps and characterized using techniques like N2 adsorption-desorption, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The reusability test of KCC-1 demonstrated that the catalyst could be reused multiple times.
