Synthesis of Trisubstituted Pyrazoles via Intramolecular C−H Amination

چکیده

An effective approach for synthesizing of trisubstituted pyrazoles through intramolecular C-H amination is reported. Potassium hydroxide was employed along with singlet molecular oxygen to catalyze the intramolecular C−H amination reaction of arylhydrazones. Singlet molecular oxygen was created by the fragmentation of trans-5-hydroperoxy-3,5-dimethyl-1,2- dioxolane-3-yl ethaneperoxate in the presence of KOH. Good to excellent yields of trisubstituted pyrazoles were achieved under mild conditions.
