This study aims to analyze the influence of Sufistic understanding, Sufistic psychology, and Islamic religious lessons on the spiritual behavior of students/students of Islamic boarding schools of the University of Science Al-Qur'an. Using a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), this study involved the entire student population totaling 350 people with a saturated sample technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis results show that Sufism significantly influences the spiritual dimension, indicated by a high path coefficient and a low P-value. In contrast, Sufistic psychology does not considerably influence the spiritual dimension. Islamic religious studies do not function as a moderator in the relationship between the spiritual dimension and spiritual behavior, nor between Sufistic understanding and spiritual behavior. These findings underscore the complexity of the relationship between religious education and spiritual behavior and the urgent need for further research to understand this relationship fully. The study also provides valuable insights for developing a more effective and relevant religious education curriculum, highlighting the practical implications of the research. It invites further research on other variables that can affect individual spiritual behavior.
