Tourism can play an important role in the diversification of rural economy, and with its expansion in rural areas can help to sustain the population and economy in these areas and achieve sustainable development in rural areas. In this paper tries to study the effects of tourism development in rural areas such as economic, social, physical and environmental surveys of the villagers and tourists should be evaluated and measured. Methods In this descriptive - analytical and solidarity which is main part of the data analysis and correlation based on field studies and sampling (Cochran) to assess the effects on tourism development in rural settlements, 186 rural and 120 tourists were put on inquiry have.
