چکیده

In this study, molybdenum Schiff base complex was immobilized on a modified graphene oxide with 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane [GO@MoSB]. The synthesized heterogeneous catalyst was characterized using FT-IR, XRD, SEM, and EDAX techniques. Moreover, the catalytic activity of Go@MoSB was evaluated in the oxidation of benzyl alcohols, utilizing tert-butyl hydroperoxide as the oxidant in toluene under reflux conditions. The catalyst showed high activity and oxidative products were obtained at short time in high yields (up to 85%). Notably, the catalyst demonstrated excellent reusability, retaining most of its activity after five cycles.
