چکیده

A straightforward and scalable approach of flexible energy storage supercapacitors with good electrochemical performance is important for small electronic devices. Herein, carbon cloth (CC) substrate coated with graphene oxide and Zn acetate was irradiated by laser beam to obtain pure and Zn@LrGO composites. By repeating the process, amount of Zn containing electrodes was increased in three steps to fabricate the supercapacitors. The prepared electrodes were assembled into packed supercapacitors and the electrochemical tests were performed in two electrode configuration. The simple method allows us to fabricate SC cells which show high capacitance of 201.3 mF cm-2 at current density of 0.6 mA cm-2. Calculated power density demonstrates the highest energy density of 95.3 µWh cm-2 at a power density of 2215.2 µW cm-2 and the maximum power density of 13257.8 µW cm-2 corresponding to energy density of 4.4 µWh cm-2. Such composite electrode has great potential for applications in scale up electronics and similar devices due to its simple fabrication method.
