Therapeutic Properties of Synthesized Nanoparticles on Leishmania spp

Abstract: An interesting subject with lots of novel applications is nanobiotechnology. In past studies, their constant search for new approaches to increase disease detection has seized this opportunity with open arms. Because they are always looking for new ways to improve disease diagnosis, drug design, and delivery. This Kind of disease collectively referred to as leishmaniasis is caused by protozoan parasites called Leishmania species. The purpose of this past study is to investigate the therapeutic potential of preparation nanoparticles in the fight against infections caused by Leishmania species. We explore the safety, effectiveness, and mechanisms of action of these new nanoparticles using a combination of in vitro and in vivo experimental models. According to our finding, artificially created nanoparticles have strong synthesized effects against Leishmania species while posing little risk to host cells. The specific characteristics of these nanoparticles, namely their increased permeability and retention, allow for targeted medication delivery to the affected areas, increasing the effectiveness of treatment. Furthermore, we elucidate the possible mechanisms of action, including disruption of parasite membranes, inhibition of essential metabolic pathways, and modulation of host immune responses. In conclusion, this study highlights the promising therapeutic potential of synthesized nanoparticles against Leishmania species infections
