In this work silver, gold, and zinc nanoparticles were prepared, and then mixed together to obtain silver, gold, and zinc nanocomposite in an easy and simple way using Nd:YAG laser. It is prepared using the pulsed laser ablation in pulsed laser ablation in liquid (PLAL) method to investigate the effects of different solutions on the properties and size of nanoparticles at a constant energy (500 mJ) and the number of pulses (2000 and 4000) using the laser's with 532 wavelength and 1 Hz frequency. The results analyzed using X-ray diffraction, UV-Visible, and the energy gap of the nanoparticles. Afterwards, the biological effectiveness of these nanoparticles tested against a group of fungi candida such as albicans, fusarium, basidiobolus, aspergillus, and microsporum canis. Finally, these nanoparticles proved to be very effective in this field.
