Culture and basic human behaviour is a significant part of the economicalbehaviour is based on the foundation. In the most developing countries, in addition to regional and social inequalities, is an inconsistency. These kinds of inequalities and weak intensityexist in different regions of the country. However, the cultural disparities are looking for, so much inequality and cultural consequences of economic inequalities. This article is based on using a family member Tapsys decision making techniques (MCDM), Classification and determine the level of inequality in terms of cultural development, to pay the city of Khorasan. The techniques of mathematical logic in having absolute ratings and Using (Ghyrmqays•hay) can interact with data, to satisfy the above objectives.
