چکیده
Earthquake is a natural accident that most countries _such Iran_ face its threats. the necessity of decreasing the cities vulnerability against this natural accident is one of the important goals in urban planning. for this reason the first step to attain this goal, is knowing and Evaluating the amount of vulnerability of city against the probable earthquake. At this research that was done with descriptive analyzing method, by using multiple Evaluation models like AHP,TOPSIS and VIKOR, it was attempted to do a proper Evaluation of Piranshahr urban regions, by using location and descriptive data of parts and ingredient The burdens of each region is extracted by AHP model , and for appointing distances between choices and grouping scales the model of TOPSIS is used. and eventually to extract the last index of vulnerability at regions of Piranshahr by using VIKOR model, they are combined together and in the next step, the last index of vulnerability at regions of Piranshahr is extracted and by using geographical information system GIS the indexes are combined and at the end the regions of the city was ranked in view of vulnerability. the results show that totally and with different spectrum 3.53percent of the regions of Piranshahr is vulnerable that it is necessary to do a suitable schematization to reduce probable dangers.
