The Role of Intellectual Capital in Increasing of Efficiency of Human Resources of Educational Uses in the Field of Urban Management

Although intellectual capital is one of the new topics that have been discussed in the world scientific community and Iran in recent years, it is important to the extent that nowadays, the success of any administrative office have been dependent to management of this intangible resource. On the other hand, in modern age, it is quite obvious that urban management isnÙ t limited to function of municipalities and city councils, but all organizations, offices and urban collections, which affect the city and the citizens, are urban management systems limits.This research is followed to study the role intellectual capital in increasing of efficiency of human Resources of educational uses. Study method is as kind of descriptive- analytical studies, and statistical population is personnel and faculty members of Payame-Noor universities in Guilan Province, and samples size (112 persons) are selected according to cluster sampling method. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis are used for hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between intellectual capital (and its dimensions: human capital, structural capital, relational capital) and efficiency of human Resources of Payame-Noor universities in Guilan Province.Increasing of intellectual capital and its dimensions increases efficiency of human Resources in this educational uses.
