The increasing Urbanization, use of private cars and limitation of the communication networks development has increased the problem of traffic congestion, especially in large cities. Consequences of such a situation are a lot of traffic accidents and damage it. This article has attempted to evaluate the model of spatial distribution and possible causes of traffic accidents in the city of Shiraz. The research Method is combination) descriptive  analytical and survey) and the information is gathered from the library's method and field. The most important results of this research is that street and Boulevard intersection has been ranked first in the city of Shiraz in 1388 with 15,261 counts Traffic accident in the city streets. Four-way intersection with a 1340 counts has been ranked second after the streets and Boulevard .Thus transfer the part of administrative and business services from central streets to suburbs , use of transportation intelligent system , building culture and passages exposition in the surface of shiraz city can help the improvement of traffic position and decreasing traffic accidents .
