با نگرش کلی به وضعیت اقتصادی کشور، اقتصاد تک‌محصولی، وابستگی شدید به درآمدهای نفتی، پایان‌پذیر‌‌ بودن منابع نفت و گاز و نیاز به ارز، لزوم صنعتی شدن را روشن ساخته به‌ویژه بازارهای مناسبی در سطح مناطق خاورمیانه و آسیای‌میانه جهت جذب فرآورده‌های گاز‌سوز ایران وجود دارد. این مقاله به ارزیابی اقتصادی بخاری گازسوز هوشمند پرداخت و نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی‌های انجام شده در این تحقیق بوسیله نرم‌افزار کامفار، ارزش فعلی خالص (NPV) در نرخ‌های 15 و 20 درصد معادل 1.486 میلیون تومان و 822 میلیون تومان، نرخ بازگشت سرمایه = 31.65% (IRR) می باشد. یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از توجیه بالای اقتصادی تولید این محصول و جذابیت زیاد آن در نظر سرمایه‌گذاران بوده و رهاورد آن منافعی همچون جلوگیری از خروج ارز، خودکفایی، افزایش تولید ناخالص ملی و ایجاد اشتغال و کاهش مرگ‌و‌میر ناشی از گازگرفتگی و ... می باشد. Abstract According to the iran’s economic situation . Single-product economy, the high dependence to oil revenue ,the ends of oil and gas resources and the need to exchange, iran needs to become Industrial countries especially because of the the suitable marketsin the Middle East and Central Asia to attract Iran's gas production. In these Thesis we study the economic evaluation of smart gas heater, by Comfar software ,and we reach net present value(NPV)15 and 20% at rates equivalent to1.486 million tomanand822 million tomanRate of return on investment=31.65%(IRR).The Findings in these Thesis show that the producting of these good has high economic justification , and it can attract investor . To conclude, by producting these good we can prevent to send out the exchange ,we can reach Self-sufficiency increase GDP and create jobs and reduce mortality that died with gas.
