این پژوهش رابطه بین انرژی های تجدید ناپذیر با رشد اقتصادی و پیامدهای مالی آن را در قالب تعهد دولت ها به سیاستهای مطروحه در عرصه بین المللی به بررسی می گذارد. در الگوی برآوردی این پژوهش در دوره زمانی 1370 تا 1395 بر اساس روش الگوهای خودرگرسیونی با وقفه های تاخیری، ضریب انرژی برق آبی به عنوان شاخصی از انرژی های تجدیدپذیر 0.09 معنادار و مثبت و شدت اثر گذاری بر تولید را بازگو می‌کند. با توجه به شدت انرژی برق آبی میزان اثرگذاری این انوع انرژی در حدود 10 درصد است. مزیت انرژی برق آبی سازگاری آن با محیط زیست است. امروزه در اکثر کشورهای جهان از نظر حجم سرمایه گذاری و گسترش انرژی های پاک، فعالیتی رو به گسترش بوده و بسیاری از اولویت‌های سیاستگذاری به این سمت متمرکز است. حمایت مالی دولت‌ها در گسترش سرمایه گذاری‌های مربوط به این نوع انرژی ها در سازگاری با محیط زیست متغیری اساسی و تعیین کننده در دستیابی به اهداف توسعه است. This paper examines the relationship between renewable energies and economic growth with special pay attention to financial outcomes. This examination has fulfilled based on government obligation and international measures, challenges, necessities in sustainable development process. We introduce an ARDL Model during (1992-2017) (1370-1395 Shamsi Calendare) to estimate hydroelectric power effects on GDP growth in Iran economy. Our findings show that the coffecient 0.09 percent between gdp growth and hydroelectric power in Iran. This coffecient is significant and positive and shows the positivity of renewable energies expantion. With this significant relationship, (about 10 percent) and compatibility with the environment, it is nececities to policymakers to concentrate on financing projects and investment and protect such kind of energis.The government obligation to financing these kind of energies that compatable with environment,is strongly important and contribute in achiving to development goals.
