درجه ریسک‌پذیری مدیران ناشی از انگیزه‌های مدیریتی می‌تواند جهت جبران کاستی پاداش آن‌ها منجر به عملکرد شرکت‌هادر فعالیت‌های اجتماعی غیرمسئولانه گردد.این مطالعه به بررسی رابطه بینانگیزه‌های ریسک‌پذیری مدیرعاملکهباحساسیتحقوق و مزایایمدیرانعاملبرایتغییردرنوساننرخبازدهسهامیاوگااندازه‌گیریمی‌شود و فعالیت‌های اجتماعی غیرمسئولانه با استفاده از گزارش‌های سالانه شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌پردازد. نتایج نشان‌دهنده آن است که انگیزه‌های ریسک‌پذیری مدیرعامل ارتباط مثبتی با فعالیت‌های اجتماعی غیرمسئولانه دارد. به علاوه، ما در این پژوهش پی بردیم که فعالیت‌های اجتماعی مسئولانه شرکت به عنوان یک عامل واسطه عمل کرده و موجب تقویت رابطه فوق‌الذکر می‌شود. نتایج ما نشان می‌دهد که محرک‌ها و مشوق‌های ریسک‌پذیری در طرح پاداش مدیرعامل از اهمیت زیادی برای خط‌مشی‌های شرکت نسبت به فعالیت‌های اجتماعی غیرمسئولانه برخوردارند.The Relationship between CEO Risk-Taking Incentives and Socially Irresponsible ActivitiesFraydoon Rahnamay RoodposhtiAnahita ZandiThe degree of managerial risk appetite due to managerial motivation can lead to companies' performance in irresponsible social activities to compensate for their lack of reward. This study examines the relationship between the CEO's risk-taking incentives and irresponsible social activities using the annual reports of accepted companies In the Tehran Stock Exchange. The results indicate that the manager's risk-taking incentives have a positive relationship with irresponsible social activities. In addition, we have found in this research that the responsible social activities of the company act as an intermediary agent and enhance the above-mentioned relationship. Our results show that incentives and incentives for risk appetite in managing director remuneration are of great importance to corporate policies against irresponsible social activities.
