This letter responds to the review "Artificial Intelligence and the State of the Art of Orthopedic Surgery" by Khojastehnezhad et al. It calls for robust prospective RCTs and a balanced approach to integrating AI, ensuring innovation complements rather than compromises clinical expertise and equitable care.
