CoM-polynomials and coindices of some drugs used against Monkeypox disease

چکیده

With the rapid advancement of technology, computer-aided and time-efficient drug discovery methods that do not rely on laboratory experiments have become increasingly essential for disease treatment. One such approach involves modeling chemical compounds using graph theory, allowing the prediction of drug properties through numerical descriptors derived from graph structures. In this study, the CoM-polynomials and several coindices of the molecular graphs of drugs used in the treatment of monkeypox were computed and compared numerically
