هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر بررسی تأثیر کنترل خانوادگی و سرمایه گذاران نهادی بر جبران خدمات مدیرعامل شرکت‌های پذیرفتـه شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می‌باشد. در این مقاله از اطلاعات شرکت‌های حاضر در بورس استفاده شده است که پس از نمونه‌گیری به روش حذف سیستماتیک، 93 شرکت انتخاب شدند. همچنین، جهت برآورد مدل‌های تحقیق از رگرسیون داده‌های ترکیبی با روش اثرات تصادفی استفاده شده است. براساس آزمون‌های انجام شده فرضیه‌های تحقیق پذیرفته شده‌اند یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کنترل خانوادگی شرکت و سرمایه گذاران نهادی بر جبران خدمات مدیر عامل تأثیر دارند. به علاوه، ضرایب برآورد شده متغیرهای کنترل خا نوادگی شرکت وسرمایه گذاران نهادی دارای ضرایب منفی هستند، که نشان می دهداین عوامل اثر معکوس ومعناداری برجبران خدمات مدیر عامل شرکت‌ها دارند. The goal of this study is surveying investigating the impact of family control institutional investors and on compensation for the CEO of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange. Variables of this study include compensation for the CEO as dependent variable, family control and institutional investors as independent variable. Statistical population of this study include companies in Tehran Stock Exchange and finance volume of statistical sample of this study 93 companies. It is used data of these company in five years range since 2007 to 2016.In this study we used econometric models and multiple regression to survey hypotheses and answer the questions of the study. To analysis the collected data and surveying the hypotheses of study Eviews software was used. We used Fisher F and the Durbin - Watson test to survey the hypothesis of the study. Results of this study showed that family control and institutional investors have significant effect on compensation for the CEO of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange.
