Nursing and Midwifery Journal 2024; 22 (9) :733-746 URL: http://unmf.umsu.ac.ir/article-1-5193-fa.html سهرابی مهناز، ارشدی بستان آباد محمد، قربانی فاطمه. دانش مادران در مراقبت از نوزاد و ارتباط آن با عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی. مجله پرستاری و مامایی. ۱۴۰۳; ۲۲ (۹) :۷۳۳-۷۴۶ URL: http://unmf.umsu.ac.ir/article-۱-۵۱۹۳-fa.html دانش مادران در مراقبت از نوزاد و ارتباط آن با عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مهناز سهرابی ۱ ، محمد ارشدی بستان آباد * ۲ ، فاطمه قربانی ۳ ۱- دانشجوی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان، دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، تبریز، ایران ۲- دانشیار گروه پرستاری کودکان، دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، تبریز، ایران ، arshadi9429@gmail.com‬‏ ۳- گروه پرستاری کودکان، دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز، تبریز، ایران : پیش زمینه و هدف: مادر فرد کلیدی و مراقب اصلی در حفظ سلامت و رفع نیازهای فیزیولوژیک و روانی نوزاد خود است. عوامل مختلفی می تواند دانش مادر در مراقبت از نوزاد را متأثر سازد. لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین دانش مادران در مراقبت از نوزاد و ارتباط آن با عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش کار: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر بر روی 283 مادر نخست زا با نمونه گیری در دسترس با استفاده از پرسشنامه سنجش دانش مراقبت از نوزاد و پرسشنامه تعیین متغیرهای فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی انجام شد. تحلیل داده ها با آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 25 انجام یافت. یافته ها: سطح دانش مراقبتی مادران متوسط (3/52 درصد) بود. بین منبع دریافت اطلاعات، تصمیم مادر بر استمرار شیردهی، رعایت بهداشت دست، سن مادر، سن باردارشدن، شغل و تحصیلات مادر، درآمد، شغل و تحصیلات همسر، داشتن حامی، دریافت آموزش، زایمان در بیمارستان خصوصی و پذیرش باورهای فرهنگی ایمن با دانش مراقبتی مادر ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری یافت شد (05/0> p ). بحث و نتیجه گیری: نظر به سطح دانش متوسط مادران و تأثیر عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بر آن، امید است در سایه اقدامات مناسب با لحاظ نمودن عوامل تسهیل کننده و مداخله گر مؤثر تعیین شده در این حیطه باهدف قرار دادن مادران آسیب پذیر، توجه به تفاوت های فردی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی مادران، عنایت به نقش مراقبت خانواده محور، تقویت آموزش های دوران بارداری و بعد زایمان زمینه مساعدی جهت ارتقاء دانش مادران فراهم شود. واژه های کلیدی: مراقبت از نوزاد و عوامل مؤثر ، دانش ، مادر نوع مطالعه: پژوهشی | موضوع مقاله: پرستاری فهرست منابع 1.
