Nursing and Midwifery Journal 2024; 22 (5) :425-436 URL: http://unmf.umsu.ac.ir/article-1-5167-fa.html علی نسب سمیه، حمید نجمه، میرهاشمی مالک. اثر مداخلات آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی بر خشم و شدت درد زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان: یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی. مجله پرستاری و مامایی. ۱۴۰۳; ۲۲ (۵) :۴۲۵-۴۳۶ URL: http://unmf.umsu.ac.ir/article-۱-۵۱۶۷-fa.html اثر مداخلات آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی بر خشم و شدت درد زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان: یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی سمیه علی نسب ۱ ، نجمه حمید * ۲ ، مالک میرهاشمی ۳ ۱- دانشجوی دکتری روانشناسی، گروه روانشناسی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد رودهن، رودهن، ایران ۲- استاد گروه روانشناسی، دانشکده علوم تربیتی و روانشناسی، دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز، اهواز، ایران (نویسنده مسئول) ، n.hamid@scu.ac.ir ۳- استاد گروه روانشناسی، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، واحد رودهن، رودهن، ایران : پیش زمینه و هدف: سرطان پستان شایع ترین سرطان زنان است. درد سرطان یکی از فراوان ترین و ناتوان کننده ترین پیامدهای سرطان و کاهش توانایی تنظیم هیجانات مختلفی نظیر خشم از عوارض روانی این بیماری است که کیفیت زندگی این بیماران را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد . هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثر مداخلات آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی بر خشم و شدت درد زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود. مواد و روش کار : پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان مراجعه کننده به مرکز خیریه مهر سهیلا واقع در شهرستان البرز بود. از این تعداد، 50 نفر واجد شرایط به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه درمان آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی (25 نفر) و گروه کنترل (25 نفر) جایگزین شدند. برای گروه تجربی روش درمان آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی طی 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای در فاصله زمانی زمستان 1402 تا بهار 1403 اجرا گردید. داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه های مقیاس خشم چندبعدی سیگل و پرسشنامه مقیاس دیداری درد جمع آوری شد. داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 و با تحلیل کوواریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته ها : نتایج نشان داد که درمان آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی تأثیر معنی داری بر نمره کلی درد و شدت خشم در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان دارد و این اثر تا مرحله پیگیری ادامه یافت . (P<0.05) بحث و نتیجه گیری : در بیماران دچار سرطان پستان، به دلیل عدم آگاهی نسبت به ماهیت بیماری و نقش تعیین کننده عوامل روان شناختی در میزان بهبودی و فرایند درمان، لازم است شرایطی فراهم نمود که احساسات و هیجانهای آن ها به خوبی تنظیم شده و ابراز شوند. لذا توصیه میشود که در کنار درمانهای دارویی، روانشناسان سلامت در مراکز درمانی و کلینیک های روان شناختی از درمان آگاهی و ابراز هیجانی در جهت کاهش درد و خشم بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان استفاده کنند. واژه های کلیدی: خشم ، درمان آگاهی ، سرطان پستان ، ابراز هیجانی ، درد نوع مطالعه: پژوهشی | موضوع مقاله: روانپزشکی- روان شناسی فهرست منابع 1.
