Introduction: Adrenal cystic lymphangioma is a rare benign tumor, which is nearly always asymptomatic and incidentally discovered during routine imaging work-ups or investigating other pathologies. Conclusions: In evaluation of adrenal masses cystic lymphangioma should be considered as a differential diagnosis.
