Introduction: In this study, we presented two cases with lower urinary tract symptoms and missed urinary stone that were diagnosed by the computed tomography (CT) scan. Conclusions: According to these two cases, there may be a diagnostic role for CT scan in evaluation of the irritative bladder symptoms.
