Introduction: Numerous autoimmune disorders accompany with psychosis. The Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease is an autoimmune disease with no reports about its concomitance with psychosis so far. Conclusions: Our results showed the significant role of autoimmunity in the genesis of psychosis. On the other hand, unusual manifestations and slow response to treatment in these patients show that autoimmune disorders with psychosis may worsen the prognosis of psychosis.
