Introduction: Myoepithelial carcinomas are rare malignant neoplasms, which are known to arise from the salivary glands or other organs. Conclusion: Myoepithelial carcinoma of the extrasalivary glands is a very uncommon phenomenon. Despite its rarity, it should be considered as a differential diagnosis when a soft tissue mass of the ankle shows malignant potential in radiological findings.
